Gradient connects to your applicant tracking system (ATS) so you can hire without copying data
back and forth. An ATS integration works in two independent directions, and a provider can
support one or both.
Job import
Outbound. Gradient reads the open jobs in your ATS so you can seed roles
from live postings instead of retyping them.
Assessment partner
Inbound. Your ATS starts Gradient assessments from a candidate’s profile and receives the
scores back automatically, using a partner key you mint in Gradient.
ATS integrations are enabled per organization. If a provider shows Coming soon on your
Settings, Integrations page, contact Gradient to turn it on for your workspace.
ATS integrations live under Settings, Integrations in the dashboard. For each provider you
can connect credentials, run a health check, disconnect, and (for providers that support the
assessment-partner direction) mint or rotate a partner key and copy the inbound base URL.Admin access (owner or admin) is required to manage integrations.
ATS integrations are organization-level and connect Gradient to your hiring stack. They are
different from data connectors, which are the simulated data sources a candidate’s AI can
search inside an assessment (enterprise search, meeting transcripts, mail, and so on).
Connectors are configured per assessment, not in Settings. See
Connectors.
