Gradient + Workday integration
The Gradient Workday Recruiting integration pulls job requisitions and candidates so you can seed roles from live reqs. Here’s the scope and status.
Workday will support job import only (see Integrations): pull job
requisitions and candidates from Workday Recruiting to seed roles. Unlike
Ashby and Greenhouse, Workday does not offer the inbound assessment-partner direction, so
scores are not pushed back into Workday automatically.
Authentication uses OAuth: you provide your Workday tenant, host, client ID, client secret, and
a refresh token when connecting. A full setup guide will be published when Workday goes live.
