In that context, the hiring organization is the controller (or business) that decides how the data is used, and we act as its processor (or service provider). If you are a candidate and want to exercise privacy rights over your assessment data, please direct your request to the hiring organization; we will assist it in responding.

For information we collect through our own website and marketing activities, we act as the controller (or business).

7. De-Identified Information

Where we create or maintain de-identified information, we maintain and use it in de-identified form, we maintain technical safeguards and business processes that prevent re-identification of that information, and we do not attempt to re-identify it.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

  • Account data is retained while the account is active and for 90 days after closure, during which an export is available; it is then deleted from production systems.

  • Database backups are kept on a short rolling window, so deleted data also expires from backups automatically.
